Ms. Danielson has extensive experience in governmental and public law representing governmental organizations. She is seasoned in all aspects of municipal representation including: negotiating, drafting and administering contracts; resolving employment issues; preparing ordinances and resolutions; complying with public works and competitive bid laws; resolving real estate issues and effectuating transactions; obtaining grants and federal funding; and providing representation and day-to-day advice to public officials and municipalities regarding municipal law issues. Ms. Danielson also has significant background in federal, state and municipal regulatory and compliance issues.
