Klasing has been selected to B-Metro’s Top Women Lawyers 2016 and will appear in the August 2016 issue of B-Metro Magazine. Charlie Waldrep and Wayne Morse obtained an affirmance in the Supreme Court of Alabama for the City of Fultondale Gas Board. Waldrep and Morse showed in the trial court and on appeal in this putative class action the plaintiffs wrongly alleged the Gas Board overcharged customers.
